Explicit knowledge (also expressive knowledge) is knowledge that can be readily articulated, codified, accessed and verbalized. It can be easily transmitted to others. Most forms of explicit knowledge can be stored in certain media. The information contained in encyclopedias and textbooks are good examples of explicit knowledge. Explicit knowledge is opposed to tacit knowledge. The most common forms of explicit knowledge are manuals, documents, procedures, and how-to videos. Knowledge also can be audio-visual. Engineering works and product design can be seen as other forms of explicit knowledge where human skills, motives and knowledge are externalized.

The word "psychokinesis" was coined in 1914 by American author Henry Holt in his book On the Cosmic Relations. The term is a linguistic blend or portmanteau of the Greek language words ψυχή ("psyche") – meaning mind, soul, spirit, or breath – and κίνησις ("kinesis") – meaning motion, movement. The American parapsychologist J. B. Rhine coined the term extra-sensory perception to describe receiving information paranormally from an external source. Following this, he used the term psychokinesis in 1934 to describe mentally influencing external objects or events without the use of physical energy. His initial example of psychokinesis was experiments that were conducted to determine whether a person could influence the outcome of falling dice. The word telekinesis, a portmanteau of the Greek τῆλε ("tēle") – meaning distance – and κίνησις ("kinesis") – meaning motion – was first used in 1890 by Russian psychical researcher Alexander N. Aksakof. In parapsychology, fictional universes and New Age beliefs, psychokinesis and telekinesis are different: psychokinesis refers to the mental influence of physical systems and objects without the use of any physical energy.

Death and taxes? That’s our bread and butter. Let us handle your will and power of attorney. Prenuptial What Is A Prenup?
A prenuptial agreement, antenuptial agreement, or premarital agreement is often referred to as a prenup. Prenuptial agreements establish among other issues, the property and financial rights of each spouse in the event of divorce. It helps you prepare if your marriage should end in divorce. You’re also being open with your partner about your financial status, needs and concerns as you enter marriage. In this guide, we provide an introduction to prenuptial agreements – what they are, the pros and cons, and additional information. State law requirements can differ. You should seek advice and assistance from an attorney.
Separating Your Finances
A prenup can determine whether an asset is the separate property of one spouse or part of the marital estate. To put it in plain terms, if you’re considerably wealthier than your partner, a prenup is a good step towards ensuring that your partner isn’t marrying you for your money. If you earn much more than your partner, then a prenup can be used to limit the amount of alimony that is payable. But there are other reasons to separate your finances – a prenup doesn’t just apply to individuals with substantial wealth or to the wealthier spouse. If you own a business, a spouse can claim a portion of your business appreciation or income. Divorce is one of the biggest threats to the stability of your business, so get that squared away in your prenuptial agreement.
Property Rights and Distribution
One of the advantages of a prenup is to control how finances and assets are divided and distributed. State law will determine how to divide certain property acquired during marriage if you don’t have a prenuptial agreement in place. To be valid, a prenup must meet the requirements of state law which normally include proper execution prior to the marriage. To preempt having a court decide what happens to the property attained during your marriage, a prenup may be desired. Property distribution in the event of death may also be addressed. The property and assets you bring to a marriage are called separate property. This can also include inheritance. A prenup can address issues related to inheritance. The same concept applies to a house that you owned prior to the marriage. If you want to be sure that the house remains your sole property in the event of divorce, a prenuptial agreement can help address this issue. If you have a family heirloom or other family property you want to keep in your birth family, this can be specified in the prenuptial agreement. A prenup is also part of ensuring that your estate plan is carried out how you see fit, along with other crucial documents, such as wills and living trusts. You should also make sure that assets and the house are properly titled so that your goals are met.

With no prior experience in building websites and knowing next to nothing about the World Wide Web, he went to a local CompUSA and purchased the book, Teach Yourself Web Publishing with HTML in 14 Days by Laura Lemay. That move, along with the implementation of basic Internet marketing strategies, eventually lead to HBCU Sports becoming one of the largest and most highly trafficked HBCU focused website on the Web. Kenn’s efforts have gained the attention of media outlets throughout the U.S. which include special guest appearances on a number of radio and TV sports programs. In addition to managing the activities of HBCU Sports, Kenn is also president and CEO of Rashad Interactive, LLC, an Internet marketing and publishing firm located in Flower Mound, TX. A native of Inglewood, California, Kenn holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from Grambling State University and an MBA in Marketing from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University.
